I’m so excited to introduce you to my latest creation, Bunker Gate. To make it I took the classic Fortin Zuul Plus and put my own spin on it by adding some improvements and a totally different IC. The result is a circuit that takes your sound quality to the next level. Get ready for crystal clear tone and super effective noise reduction!

Introduction

The Fortin Zuul Plus is a noise gate made by the guys from Fortin Amplification. This stompbox is widely regarded as one of the best in its class and it’s well known for its transparent and natural sound quality and its adjustable threshold, attack, and release time. 

So, what makes Bunker Gate an improvement from the Fortin Zuul Plus? Well, for starters, I’ve made several changes to the design and added my own secret ingredient, a totally different IC, to give it a unique and better sound quality.
